Agreement: The undersigned Exhibitor hereby
contracts with the Southern California Turfgrass Council for exhibition space
as described above in conjunction with the Association's Turfgrass, and Landscape
Expo. This Agreement is subject to the rules, regulations and guidelines established
by the Southern California Turfgrass Council and set forth in the Official Expo
Rules and Regulations. By signing below, Exhibitor agrees to abide by and be
bound by them. Event Rules and Regulations are hereby incorporated into this
Agreement and shall have the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
Terms
of Payment: Booth space may be reserved during the SCTC 2004 Expo at
no charge. A non-refundable 25% deposit must be received in the SCTC offices
with this signed contract by November 1, 2004 to secure space. The second non-refundable
deposit payment of 25% must be received in the SCTC offices by January 15, 2005
in order for reserved space to remain secured. A final payment of the remaining
50% must be received in the SCTC offices by April 19, 2005 in order for reserved
space to remain secured. SCTC reserves the right to disregard any space contract
without depositor if full balance is not received by April 19, 2005 and reassign
the space to another exhibitor. Exhibitor may cancel the Expo 2005 contract by
written notice. The first and second 25% deposit payments are non-refundable.
A full refund of the remaining 50% final payment will be made for cancellations
received in writing and received in the SCTC offices prior to June 30, 2005 .
No refund for exhibit space will be made after June 30, 2005.
Expo Conditions:All indoor booths are sold in increments of
I 0'x 0'; all outdoor booths are a minimum of 20'x20' (at the cost of a I 0'x1
0'). Bonus booths are 10' x 20' outdoors and 10' x 10' indoors. Indoor booth
rental includes floor space, standard booth pipe & drape, side rail draping
and, if requested, one standard 7”x44” identification sign. Island or outdoor
booth rental includes floor space and, if requested, one standard 7”x44” identification
sign.
Subject to receiving payments as described above, the following exhibit
space will be reserved for you at this time by the Southern California Turfgrass
Council. It is understood and agreed to by the exhibitor that Show management
reserves the authority to assign exhibit space dimension and location in the
show. Show management reserves the right to shift space assignments after the
contract has been signed by both parties if deemed necessary. Show management
will notify Exhibitor in writing if space assignments need to be changed. Spaces
confirmed are not transferable.
By this signature, I acknowledge that I have read
and do accept the rules, regulations and guidelines presented in this contract
and that I am authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of exhibitor.
